Quotation Process: Our sales representative, whom you contact via e-mail or telephone, will get back to you as soon as possible with our current offer format, discount and stock information.

Sales Process: The products required for your order are supplied from our brands as soon as possible, while the products in stock are dispatched from our warehouses in İkitelli and Gebze.

Transport/Logistics Process: The products shipped by our Warehouse, Cargo or Dispatch Vehicle are delivered as soon as possible by calculating the locations of our customers.

Cargo Option; All orders placed until 14.00 are given to Yurtiçi Kargo on the same day, orders after 14.00 are sent the next day. For orders of 10.000TL and above, our customers do not pay shipping fees.
